Return & Exchange Policy

At Fabrisun, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges You may return or exchange an item within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • The item must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID, Invoice).

Note: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive the parcel. This helps us resolve any claims regarding missing or damaged items quickly.

2. Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product or incorrect size.

  • There is a significant difference between the product received and its description on our website/page.

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Items without their original tags and packaging.

  • Items purchased during a clearance sale or promotional offer (unless defective).

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order ID and a clear photo or unboxing video of the issue.

  3. Once our team approves your request, we will guide you on how to send the item back to us (via courier).

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the fault is ours (e.g., wrong item, defective product), Fabrisun will cover the return shipping charges.

  • If the fault is not ours (e.g., you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds (If Applicable) Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and sent to your preferred payment method (Mobile Banking/Bank Transfer) within 3 to 5 business days.
